Numensa acted as the lead consultant alongside Price Waterhouse Coopers to prepare a detailed modelling tool to forecast the financial performance for the next 5 years.
Numensa modelled a number of possible strategic and operational scenarios and from this the potential value range of the business was determined.
Result
The sale of the business to Baugur was successfully completed in the autumn of 2005.
