Review the structure, roles, responsibilities and process in the buying and production departments and develop and implement a strategy to support the rapid growth of the business.

A full Responsibility, Accountability, Communicate and Inform (RACI) matrix was developed for all levels across the buying, production and design functions.
Detailed job descriptions for buying and production manager were established.
Key performance indicators established for the supply chain process.
